It also has many nicknames that people have pinned it to over the years, and some of them are still used today. It was deemed "The Holy City" some time ago and was rightfully given this name in light of the cities large quantity of churches. The cities increased population over the past years and slowly but surly risen to 200,000 people. A fact that not many people know was that the city was voted "best mannered" by an etiquette expert and has the only Livability Court in the United States.
